You can change your plan any time. Head to stacklist.app/billing to manage everything — upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations.
Upgrade
Moving to a higher plan unlocks the new features immediately.
Go to stacklist.app/billing.
Choose the plan you want.
Confirm. You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period.
On your next renewal, you're charged at the new plan's rate.
Downgrade
Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep the higher-plan features until then.
Go to stacklist.app/billing.
Select Change plan and pick the lower tier.
Confirm. Your account stays on the current plan through the end of the period, then switches.
Any features that aren't included on the lower plan — extra workspaces, extra seats, custom domain — stop working at the switch. Your stacks and cards stay; you just lose access to the paid features.
Cancel
Canceling drops you to a read-only state at the end of the current billing period. Your content is preserved, but paid features are removed.
Go to stacklist.app/billing.
Select Cancel plan.
Confirm. Your paid features stay active until the period ends.
Canceling does not delete your account or your stacks and cards. Resubscribe at any time to unlock paid features again.
What happens to your content on downgrade or cancel
Your stacks and cards — untouched. Still yours, still there.
Custom domain — stops routing to your Stacklist profile. Your profile reverts to
stacklist.app/<your-id>. Repoint the domain later if you reupgrade.Featured stacks — the pinning disappears. Stacks still exist, just unpinned.
Extra workspaces (Agency, Organization) — archived. They're not deleted, but they become inaccessible until you're back on a plan that includes them. Reactivate on reupgrade.
Extra seats — removed. The workspace owner keeps access; other seats are suspended.
Refunds
Monthly plans — canceling or downgrading mid-period does not generate a refund. You keep the higher plan's features through the end of the current billing period.
Yearly plans — refunds are prorated for the unused portion of the year. Contact [email protected] with your request and we'll process the refund to your original payment method.
