If you signed up with email and password and need to reset it, here's how. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a Stacklist password to reset — sign in through that provider instead.
Reset from the sign-in screen
Go to stacklist.app/login.
Click Forgot password?
Enter the email on your Stacklist account and click Send reset link.
Check your inbox for a reset email from Stacklist. It arrives within a minute.
Click the link in the email. It opens a page where you set a new password.
Enter the new password twice and click Save.
You're signed in immediately on this device. Other devices stay signed in until they next ask for credentials.
Change a password you remember
If you know your current password and just want a new one:
Go to Account Settings (click your avatar, top right).
Find the Password section.
Enter the current password and a new one.
Click Save.
Reset email didn't arrive
Check spam. The email comes from
[email protected].Wait 2 minutes. Most arrive within 60 seconds, but mail can be delayed.
Try again. Each request invalidates the prior link, so the second one is what works.
Confirm the email matches your account. Reset only sends to the email on file. If you signed up with a different email, try that one.
Still stuck? Email [email protected].
About reset links
Reset links expire 1 hour after they're sent. If you click an expired link, request a new one — the page tells you how.
